Software Return Policy

We will gladly accept returns of our software within 14 days of purchase for RPL (Realtyna Property Listing)  and 7 days for all other products.

We hope our customers will be happy with their purchases but in the event a customer needs to return product(s) or cancel an order, they must follow our regulations for return outlined below.

 

For Online purchases please open a "general refund ticket" here : http://software.realtyna.com/support/

and confirm in your email along with your name and license number :

 

1. You removed all of software copies - licenses.

2. You don't have any comment/claim about the software/our company.

3. Confirm that didn't applied our invoice for Tax purposes and confirm that you void the invoice.

 

Refund will take 20 working days in most cases.

 

 

For software returns (packaged versions only):

Indicate the reason for your return on a piece of paper and wrap it securely with the unopened packaging. Send the package to the following address:
